Set off after filling up with water. Saw a lotof cruisers coming down stream, probably going to the boat rally that was being held in the dock. Tried to moor on the visitor's moorings at Lower Lode near Tewkesbury but the water was shallow and rocky atthe only space left (near the slipway) and we stalled the engine when the propeller hit the bottom. Had lunch on the move, saw two kingfishers coming up the river and moored just past Diglis Basin where the lock keeper directed us. A rather chilly morning and a cloudy day in marked contrast to the last few days.
