Collected the post and went to the bank before setting off. Filled with water on the facilities at Skipton (15 minutes) were we met a Viking Boat from Gailey. Thet had been down the Trent and up to Ripon. A stoat came out of the wall and watched me open Grange Swing Bridge, No 188. Saw a kingfisher. Stopped for diesel (88.2 litres for 22) and a pumpout (10) at Silsden Boats (20 minutes). Moored by the woods just past bridge 195. A sunny start but increasing cloud cover.
