A proposed Cornish canal.
Description:
A short lived scheme to build a canal from the River Gannel above Newquay to Retyn, near St Enoder. with a branch to serve the East Wheal Rose lead and silver mine.
History:
Was proposed in 1821 but never authorised or built.
