Skye is a good place for walking with many footpaths and tracks. We found the roads system rather limited with some A class roads having only a single track with passing places. Luckily there was not too much traffic about in June 1990 when we were there. Right: These white sands are not on Skye but are just across the water on the mainland near Mallaig. |
